SONGS OF AWAKENING
Songs of Awakening is Joanie's flagship singing experience which marries uplifting, joyful singing with fun activities to explore the themes of humanity's innate loving awareness, compassion and wisdom. Rooted in Joanie's indepth studies of Buddhist philosophy under the guidance of Tibetan teacher Mingyur Rinpoche, Songs of Awakening is an exciting and innovative way to explore the Buddha's core teachings as they apply to all beings. No knowledge of Buddhism or previous experience of singing is necessary - just a curiosity to explore your inner experience and a willingness to open your heart and voice, and see what happens.
