Explore the depths and beauties of being a woman in this deep nourishing workshop of song, sound and power
Join Joanie for a unique experience which combines learning songs about aspects of womanhood with a range of connecting, nourishing exercises and activities for deep connection, sharing and self-love.

The songs taught range from the silly - about the wonder of washing machines - to the tender - and everything in between. In addition there will be time for sharing, exercises to help us connect with compassion for our life journeys, and lots of affirming loveliness and smiles. There are also usually some tears, sweet and sacred. And lots of belly laughs.

All women are welcome - some women come because they love singing, others come because they are interested in women's history and sharing experiences around womanhood together.
